The Club’s 501c7 exempt status determination letter is pending , but we don’t need to wait for that to start taking memberships and organizing/conducting soft events. Our short term plan is to conduct small, invitation only events until we have enough members to fill 6 table tournaments, at which point we will seek out third party venues throughout the Valley as official “stops” on the Arizona Poker Tour. Once we have a dozen regular Tour Stops, we will have a grand opening weekend, including a public freeroll event.
All member fees, dues, assessments, and event registrations are not tax deductible as charitable donations. The Club is not a 501(c)3 organization. It operates as a 501c7 not-for-profit, exempt social club.
Real Poker is “your home game away from home”.
